I will not advise any webmaster or blogger to implement this, but if for any reason best known to you, you decision that content of your page should not be used for Featured Snippets by Google on the search result page, then this is how to tell Google about it.
Just add <meta name="googlebot" content="nosnippet"> to the head tag of your blog or website, and after Google claw you blog and finds the code, they will remove all snippets that they have store previously.
To opt-in back back, you will need to remove the meta tag from your blog or website.
Note that you cannot determine which text in your webpage Google will use for the Featured Snippets.
