- Open the background apps setting window of Windows 10 anniversary update.
To do this, press Ctrl+I in your keyboard.
- Click on the Privacy icon in the Setting screen that will appear.
- In the left section of the Privacy screen, scroll down and click on the Background apps option.
- Then in the right section, the full list of program running in the background or better still, the full list of program which have the ability to run in the background will appear.
