Hovatech Support Through BBM Is No Longer Available

Hovatech, one of the leading IT support team is no longer interested in using the BBM chat service to provide their support service to their client, even it the client is a premium user.

They indicate this fact on the 4th of March 2017 through a blog post which I am certain they would have mailed to all their user. The blog post serve as a two day notice of their intention to discontinue using BBM as a means to provide their IT support service since the discontinuation is expected to take effect as of the end of 6th March, 2017.

The announcement reads this way: "We regret to inform all our members (especially Premium members) that we will no longer provide support on the BBM platform effective from Monday the 6th ... We will now be focusing on Skype and our Live Remote Assistance Service (LRAS) for paid support. The Live Chat at the bottom-right corner of our website remains available for all visitors.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision might cause, especially to BBM enthusiasts."
