What Can Make My Account Get Banned From Uploading Videos To Facebook?

Post Source: Facebook Help Center
A fact known to us that can my a Facebook user get banned or blocked by Facebook from uploading videos is if the user adamantly refuses to stop uploading videos which Facebook consider to “infringes on the rights of a third party.” In this event, Facebook my banned the user from uploading videos to Facebook.

So when Facebook sends you a mail informing you that they have removed a video they consider to infringe on the right of a third party, then do not upload that video again. At least, not until after you have filed a Counter Notice informing Facebook that you have all right or that the third party have given you right over that.
If you do not file the Counter Notice, then Facebook will consider your action as adamant. When they do, you are increasing your chances of getting banned.

The Main Point
If you re-upload a video that Facebook have notify you that it has content that infringes the rights of a third party without you filing a counter notice or you upload another video that infringes on the rights of either the same or another third party, your account may be blocked from uploading videos.
