Does Facebook Have A Forum?

Yes! Facebook have a forum. But they do not refer to it as a forum, rather they call it a Community. Facebook Help Community to be precise. We refer to this community as Facebook's forum mainly because it has all the characteristics a typical forum have.

Has you may know, Forum is a place for discussion. Where you go to ask questions, get answers and also provide advice/answers to other user's question. This is exactly the purpose Facebook Help Community is designed to serve. Quoting from a welcome note we receive when we first visited the Help Community this is what Facebook has to tell us about what Facebook Help Community is all about: "Facebook's Help Community is a place where people can ask and answer each other's questions about Facebook features."

So the Answer to the question once again is a resounding YES! Facebook has a forum.
This is the link to the Forum or as they call it Facebook Help Community

But before you visit the Help Community, here are some things you should always have at the back of your mind:
  • Search first: Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find related Help Community and Help Center answers before you ask a question. Someone else may have already provided an answer to your question.
  • Provide detail: When you ask or answer a question, be sure to provide enough information for others to understand or help you.
  • Be kind: Always be respectful of other Help Community members, they're here to help and get help too.
We have also created a Group called Facebook Users Delight, where we do more than just provide answers to your queries about Facebook. We also provide you with tips on how to get the most out of Facebook. Try checking it out.
Once again, the group is Facebook Users Delight
