Be Careful With Links You Post On Facebook

It is true that Facebook try as much as they can to secure the privacy of your posts that you specify to be private, but they also have a guideline they work with. Here is it.

"When a friend shares a link that you posted, they can share the link with a wider audience than you originally shared it with." This is the explanation for that statement.

When somebody re-share your post that has a link in it, the audience you have specify to see that post will no longer matter, what will matter is the audience the person re-sharing your post specify. And remember, the Facebook will still notify the new audience that the link originated from you.

The Main Point
Because of your Reputation, be very careful with the link you post to Facebook, because once it is re-shared it can get to a much larger audience than you intend.
