What Is The Windows Defender Found In Windows 7

Microsoft’s operating systems are cool, and Windows 7 is no exception. It is cool because there some pre-installed applications or software that are just for the benefit of the Windows 7 user.

Among those pre-installed software is Windows Defender. Windows Defender is an antispyware software that Microsoft include with Windows (7). This means that you do not need to go buy third party antispyware programs since you already have one in your copy of Windows (7).

Windows Defender uses Real-time protection and Scanning options to protect you, thereby keeping spyware from infecting your computer. Windows Defender uses what is refers to as definitions to determine whether a software should be classified has a spyware or not.

The Main Point
Windows Defender is an antispyware software which is included with a copy of Windows (7) . It does not run another installation interface for it is integrated with Windows.
This does not mean that you are prohibited from getting a third party antispyware. If you trust another antispyware, get it. Do not rely on Windows Defender if you have another you are more comfortable with. Remember Windows Defender is a free software.
