The Difference Between The 'Organic Search' and 'Paid Search' Metric In Analytics

Well both metrics tells about visitors that coming to your website through search engines such as Google, Bing and more. So what is the difference between both?

Organic Search metrics are for visitors that got referred to you by search engine because you ranked well in the result page of the keyword they searched for.
While Paid Search metrics are for visitors that got referred to you by search engine because your advert showed up in the result page of the keyword they searched for.
