Sadness And Anger Has Emotional Benefit

Many of us avoid the so-called “difficult” emotions, such as sadness or anger, and in so doing, we also inadvertently avoid the gifts and strengths they bring.





I am not saying that Sadness and Anger are emotions you should be friend to, No. But when it does come, it afford you an opportunity gain more emotional strengths, only and only if you can rise above it.
