Microsoft Office 365 Is Not Just MS Office Programs In The Cloud

That is the fact. Many people think that is will be useless to subscribe to an Office 365 plan because they feel that if they have the Office program installed in their device, why be interested in spending extra cash using the same program offline. But this think is not correct.

It is true, that the main core of the concept of Microsoft Office 365 is to enable you to use the Office program online, but the MS Office tool are not the only tools available for your use when you subscribe to the Office 365 package of Microsoft.
You have other tools like, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business for voice, IM, meetings, and Presence, Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN), Advanced analytics, with Power BI and Microsoft MyAnalytics, these are but some of the other tools available for your use depending the Office 365 plan you subscribe to.

So you see, Microsoft Office 365 in not just the normal Microsoft Office program you know in the cloud, they are other tools at your disposal.

Talking about cost, do you know that it is far cheaper for you to use Office 365 than to buy the Office program on disk on electronically? You wonder how?
Once you subscribe to an Office 365 -which the subscription fee is way below the selling price of the Office program disk- Microsoft will give you the ability to download and install the latest full Office applications on your devices, so you can work offline or online in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and even Outlook.
When I mean latest, I mean you getting regular update as soon as new feature become available for an Office program you have installed, thus you do not have to wait another 3 years for a new Office program version to be released before you can get those updates.

So tell me, which make sense the most, Office 365 or the normal Office Program disk we know. I prefer Office 365.
