In Microsoft Word 2007 for Windows PC, there are three printer options you can choose from, this article outline what those options are and explain their function. The three printing option are:

•    Print
•    Quick Print
•    Print Preview

Print: The print option allows you to set the printer preference before you send the document for printing. With this option, you will be able to select the printer installed in your computer that you want to use for printing the document, you will also be able to specify the number of copies of the document to be printed and much more.

Quick Print: This option of MS Word 2007 sends your document for printing to your default printer. Not allowing you set any printer preference or select a printer. When you use this option the document will be sent to the default printer whether connected or not.

Print Preview: This option allows you to preview your document page by page before you send it to printer, so that you will know how your layout is, if it needs adjustment or not.
